Provencal vegetable risotto
Everybody loves Risotto! And with good reason. Whole grain rice, high in vitamins and fibre is the base for this well-balanced dish. As a plus, we add selected vegetables, such as baby carrots, peas, corn and green beans. And to top it all off, we even put in some grated Parmesan cheese and a mixture of Provencal herbs. You simply can not go wrong with this one!
