Pork with dumplings and cabbage
We actually managed to fit our national dish into one little bag and you should definitely try it out. Some juicy roasted pork with garlic, white cabbage with onions and handmade potato dumplings. And to top it off – some homemade gravy. If you have plans to exercise afterwards, you should probably go for something different. Composition: pork shoulder (30%), fermented cabbage, sunflower oil, onions, wheat flour, sugar, garlic, vinegar, salt, cumin and pepper. Potato dumplings: potatoes, wheat flour, wheat semolina, egg, salt.
